Our Mission

An educational newsletter devoted to promoting a positive relationship between humans and dogs.  Material includes current information from
professionals in the field of training, behavior modification, veterinary care, healthcare, access issues and other related topics in the area of
assistance and therapy dogs.  Articles benefit not only those partnered with these special dogs, but also medical professionals, rehabilitation
specialists, pet owners, dog trainers, businesses, and other interested groups and individuals.

Robin Pool and her assistance dog Keefer work on wheelchair pulling. Initially, a veterinarian evaluated Keefer’s joints and structure
to ensure that this activity was safe for him. However, wheelchair pulling also poses risks to the handler. To learn more from
